Return Policy

We can only accept returns, subject to a 15% restocking fee, when products have not been opened and used. Please contact us to receive a written approval prior to returning any merchandise. Once a product has been opened and installed, we can not accept return of any kinds. We will assist you with installation or refer you to a local installer nearby.

Once you have obtained approval for return, please send the product(s) back to us and upon receipt of the product(s), we will issue a refund, subject to a restocking fee, within 3 days.
